Can you upload files to your site

Hi there,
Is it possible to upload files to your site so people can download them?

You can use http://fileden.com/ or http://www.mydatanest.com/home.php to upload your files. (That save space at your own site)

And you can place a download link at your homepage, so that the visitors can download your files.

Fileden has 1GB space and 5GB Bandwidth/month
My Datanest has 2GB Space and 10GB Bandwidth/month

And both sites allows hotlink.
