how can i add text on images or small images on big images

There are two ways:

Using An Image Programme
Open your image with an image editing programme such as paint.. Edit it with paint.

Using Html

200 = Table Height
300 = Table Width
Up = The place of text . The other versions: Middle & Bottom
http://IMAGE-URL = Your Image
#ffff00 = Font Colour.. Click and see other colours' html value!
3 = Size Of Text. Other versions : 1 & 2 & 4 etc.
CFC DESIGN = Example Text

i tried but when i increased the table width the picture comes 2 times
