Download content

from last to days i am not able to download content of my website from setting page of ofw some other features of same page like use veriables login log are also not working please fix this issue asap.this is first time when i faced any kind of problem on ofw.I hope you understand my problem.sorry for bad english.

Thanks for reply.I want to inform you that after three days now my problem has been solved automaticaly.Now i can download content of my website.So now you can mark my problem as solved.
