Problem Scrollbar

Hello everyone, I run a site in Italian it.gg ---> http://brokenswordworld.it.gg/ and I found a problem with the scrollbar in design (even in this ...)

You know how to work around this problem ... I want the scrollbar with the design "Iceblue" ..

what browser are you using? ... those scrollbar colors will not appear when you are using mozilla because mozilla always use its default template...
you can use IE if you want to see your scrollbars working...

Using Internet Explorer 7, and it is strange that your browser can not see the bar on the right hand in the extras ... "guestbook" and Contact "bars can be seen perfectly ... I do not understand why some designs there is the problem. .. please give me some advice ...
