We often get questions like "Do we have a FTP account here?"
The answer is: No, you haven't. You can upload IMAGES only via the web interface (Manage images). You cannot upload any other files. Therefore, it is not possible to upload your own designs. You can change the header and the CSS settings in most designs, though.
