how to put gogole ads in newsletter

plz tell me how to put google ads in newsletter,i pasted the code but it appears as it is not ad.plz help me and tell me hoe to paste as i am new to this field.thnx and if possible plz also tell that where to put ccs codes and how to put ads in the forum

Codes may not work in some extras! Why do you paste your codes to the pages or the boxes in the 'edit design'.
